Manufacturing capabilities

What our machines actually do

Every figure on this page is a measured capability from our shop floor in Hung Yen, Vietnam — not a catalogue claim. Where a machine has a limit, we state the limit. You should be able to decide from this page alone whether your drawing fits.

CNC laser cutting

1 machine · 4 kW source

Cutting table2,000 × 6,000 mm
Mild steelup to 20 mm
Stainless steelup to 15 mm
Aluminiumup to 15 mm
BrassYes — stable cut, clean edge, no burr
Pure copperNo — see note below
Tolerance±1 mm over 3 m
Reference standardISO 9013 · ISO 2768-1
Pure copper cannot be laser cut — by anyone. Its reflectivity sends the beam back into the cutting head. This is physics, not a limitation of our machine. Conductive copper parts — busbars, contacts, switchgear components — we produce by turning, milling or stamping depending on geometry. This is how we have supplied tin-plated copper parts and HV cable clamps to the Netherlands on a long-term basis.

CNC plasma & oxy-fuel cutting

1 machine · two cutting modes

Cutting table2,000 × 6,000 mm
Plasma mode4 kW — up to 25 mm
Oxy-fuel modeup to 200 mm — carbon steel only
Reference standardISO 9013 — thermal cutting
The oxy-fuel head is what lets us take heavy structural work other precision shops turn away. Laser stops at 20 mm and plasma at 25 mm; above that, 200 mm of carbon steel is still cut in house on the same table, in the same quality system, with the same material traceability. Base plates, heavy brackets, crane and davit foundations stay on one site instead of being split across two suppliers.

Large CNC bed milling

1 machine

Travel2,800 × 4,000 × 1,500 mm
Longest part in one setup4,000 mm
Workpiece loadunder 10 tonnes
Hole position toleranceunder 0.02 mm
Reference standardISO 286-1 (IT grades) · ISO 2768-1
Travel is what matters for large parts: a component machined in one setup does not accumulate the repositioning error that appears when a part is split across two. We machine parts up to 4,000 mm long in a single setup. For condenser flanges and tube sheets, this is the whole argument.

CNC turning

1 machine · chuck and tailstock

CapacityØ320 × 2,000 mm
Dimensional gradeIT5 – IT6
Surface roughnessRa 0.16 – 0.32 µm
Reference standardISO 286-1

Press braking

1 machine

Bending length3,000 mm
Press force110 tonnes
Maximum thickness4 mm across the full 3,000 mm
Angular tolerance±2°
MaterialsSteel plate (SS400 and equivalent), stainless, aluminium
4 mm is a hard ceiling. We cut and weld thicker plate, but we do not bend it in house. If your drawing calls for a bend above 4 mm we will propose a welded construction instead, or outsource that one operation — and we will tell you before quoting, not after.

Plate rolling

1 machine · 3-roll

Roll diameterØ190 mm
Roll length1,800 mm
Minimum rolled diameterØ250 mm
Maximum thicknessunder 6 mm
Roundness / taper after rollingunder 2 mm
For pressure and liquid-holding equipment, roundness decides the quality of the longitudinal weld. A shell that is not round leaves a gap, the gap has to be filled with weld metal, and filled weld is the first thing to fail under pressure test.

Welding

TIG · MIG · MMA

Quality requirementsISO 3834 (-2, -3, -4)
Weld inspectionVT visual · UT ultrasonic · MT magnetic particle
Weld quality levelISO 5817 (level B, C or D as required)
Welded structure toleranceISO 13920
Welder qualificationISO 9606-1 (steel and stainless)
Material traceabilityMTC per heat lot

For stainless steel we treat pickling and passivation after welding as part of the process, not as an extra on request. The heat-affected zone loses its passive layer; if it is not restored, the weld is exactly where corrosion starts.

Surface treatment

In house

BlastingShot blasting to Sa 2.5
PaintingEnclosed-booth painting · powder coating
GalvanisingHot-dip galvanising

Having all four stages — cutting, forming, welding, finishing — inside one factory means you coordinate one supplier, and no tolerance stack-up appears from joining parts made in different places.

Supporting machines

On site · detailed specifications being compiled

  • Wire EDMHardened materials and complex profiles a milling cutter cannot reach
  • OKK milling machineMilling, drilling, tapping and chamfering where surface finish and tight tolerance matter
  • Laser weldingThin parts prone to distortion, and welds with a cosmetic requirement

We would rather list these without numbers than publish numbers we have not verified. Ask us and we will confirm the specification for your part.

We have been manufacturing to ISO, DIN and ASME drawings since 2006. European customers do not accept a part — they accept a part with its file. A missing weld inspection report or a missing MTC stops the delivery no matter how good the machining is, so that file is our default process, not an extra.

Where we stop

What we do not do

A supplier whose every page says yes is a supplier you cannot plan around. These are our limits, stated before you send a drawing.

  • Pure copper is not laser cutMachined, milled or stamped instead, depending on geometry
  • Laser cutting stops at 20 mmCarbon steel above 20 mm goes to the plasma head (25 mm) or the oxy-fuel head (200 mm, steel only); stainless and aluminium above 15 mm we do not cut in house
  • Plate bending stops at 4 mmThicker plate becomes a welded construction, or one outsourced operation
  • Rolling stops at 6 mm thickness and 1,800 mm roll lengthLonger or thicker shells need a partner operation for the rolling step
  • No classification society approvalWe hold no DNV, ABS or Lloyd’s Register approval. We manufacture marine components to customer drawings and specification; the certification scope must be agreed up front
  • PED 2014/68/EU scope to be agreedFor pressure equipment entering the EU, the documentation scope is discussed before quoting, not after

Audits and factory visits are welcome. The whole manufacturing capability listed on this page sits on one site, so one visit covers all of it.
